Seth Steinberg

Seth Steinberg is currently a Senior Associate with Jay Gaines & Company serving as a partner to Jay Gaines and the Managing Director team on search engagements.

Seth joined the firm as a Practice Area Associate assisting the Consultant team in the successful execution of the search process through document production, industry research, and analysis, and was deeply involved in search research, strategy and communication from the developmental through the concluding phases alongside the firm’s Chief Knowledge Officer.

Seth began his career at Florida Exchange Corporation, which provides Qualified Intermediary services (non-legal services) to taxpayers seeking to complete “like-kind,” tax deferred property exchanges under Internal Revenue Code -- Section 1031.

Seth earned his M.B.A. from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova Southeastern University and received his B.A. in History from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL.
