Seth Steinberg

Seth Steinberg is a Senior Associate and Consultant with Jay Gaines & Company, and has been with the firm since 2006.

Demonstrated track record of success supporting complex search mandates from a research, sourcing and recruitment perspective for top-tier diversified financial institutions.

Seth joined the firm as a Practice Area Associate / Senior Associate supporting Jay Gaines and the Managing Director team on the execution of the search assignments. He also plays a key role in search operations, resource development and deployment and knowledge management.

Seth began his career at Florida Exchange, which provides Qualified Intermediary services (non-legal services) to taxpayers seeking to complete tax-deferred property exchanges under Internal Revenue Code Sec. 1031.

Seth earned his M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he served as Treasurer of the Graduate Business Student Association. He received his Bachelors in History from the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL and recently completed a graduate certificate program in Strategic Human Resource Practices from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

His passions are fitness, reading, and time with family.
